US 2024 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION

November 4, 2024 FENG・SHUI ・ISM

It’s hard to escape the US presidential election. According to pollsters the 2024 race to the White House is tight — The same can be said  for  both Harris’ and Trumps’ Bazi charts; the rollercoaster car sits a top the steep descent, the ride on the go big or go home rollercoaster starts tomorrow. Who has the edge?

This year’s Yang Wood of 2024, actually brings a beneficial opportunities, such as promotion or rise in authority for those with a Dog in their chart. Yang wood also represents leaders. Both Presidential candidates have a Dog in their chart — Harris in the month, Trump in the year. (Kamala’s time of birth somtimes makes her born in Dog hr, so possibly two dogs). Dogs are in direct opposition and feel the pressure in Dragon years – a clash, which brings about change, sometimes favourably, sometimes not. The election just squeezes into the dying days of Yang Dog month  – a duplicate of Harris’ month pillar. The same signs show up in Trump chart — but not united as a pillar format.

Kamala Harris just turned 60; so did her running mate, therefore each have year pillars that match 2024, Waltz repeats this signature in an identical wood dragon month pillar.  Wood Dragons are instigators of change, ushering in the new age 9,  that speaks to a focus on the feminine. A mantel Harris embraced, lending her voice to women’s reproductive rights, it’s a big part of her ticket. This astro signature is also a key theme of 2025. While this year’s pillar is in clash - wood clashes with earth – clashes bring about vital change.  Adding to the aforementioned Dog / Dragon clash.

Harris’ chart is heavy on her career and power element (Yang Earth). Wood, Earth and Fire elements offered support in former years. We see Harris pick up the 2024 Presidential mantel on 21 July on a dog day, in a Goat month, in a Dragon year – all earth signs, her power element. Her 2020 VP announcement was in a Rat year and monkey month – combining to form a water trinity with her natal dragon.

Some times Harris’ hour pillar is calculated as a Metal Dog, implying a Fai Kong pillar. This would mean she’s no stranger to perseverance and has a strong bias to win at all cost; but the annual Dragon forms a Self Penalty, a self-punishing sabotage with her natal dragon- I call it the if I coulda, shoulda, woulda conundrum. Waltz has two more dragons to add to the mix — Harris is also in a Dragon luck year, as earth is a favourable element that symbolizes power – she might be in line for some serious change of fortune. If born in Pig hour as shown above, the Tiger and Pig form a secret friend relationship and adds extra Wood aka skills. But Tiger & Pig also merges to form another penalty - therefore it gives in one hand and takes in another. Next year’s Snake amps it up a notch. And next month’s Pig also creates another self penalty. . . . clash, after clash, after clash. Which can be a big indicator of huge change.

Election day is a water Rooster pillar, which echoes Harris’ Life house pillar. In her chart these elements represent support and competition/Peers. The ace up her sleeve is perhaps that Dragons and Roosters form a secret friend relationship. Her running mate Waltz is a Rooster daymaster and 5 Nov is a Water Rooster day – her lucky charm? Elementally the elements represent males – same age and older patriarchs; the voting base she needs to win over?

Back in 2021, when the Lunar New Year fell on 12th February 2021, it formed a palindrome – 12022021. With the root origin of the word implying to ‘to run’ or ‘back again’ or to ‘reverse.’ Back in my 2021 annual forecast, written three days before the 6 Jan insurrection I wrote;

“Circling back to the notion of a palindrome and Heads of State, could former President Trump¹ ‘run’ / ‘back again’? It’s not the last we’ll see/hear of Trump. Or perhaps the palindrome alludes to a lot more palindrome themed words entering the 2021 lexicon, such as - CIVIC (local), MOM & MADAM (matriarchal), LEVEL (balanced), RADAR (radio waves, radioactive, 5G etc.) or SAGAS (history repeating).  ”
— Fengshuiism

2021 was an Water Ox Year, it teamed up with Trump’s natal Goat and his Dog creating a Bulling Punishment. The palindrome appeared to reverse his fortune: but it also set the seed for him to rerun in 2024. Will the SAGAS repeat? Dog and Dragon clash.

Ironically Trumps current 10 year luck pillar matches Harris day pillar- he entered this period in 2023. July was the assassination month, triggering an earth penalty but his Nobleman ‘cosmic sherpa’ is a  Rooster when the incident happened. Remember that 5 November is a Rooster day.

The tally is tight, the plus and minus columns are neck and neck….

So another marker may shed some light – Pollsters. I’ve not devoutly followed mainstream media election insights but apparently Virginia is tipped as a key indicator, Demarcates in the States, aka Harris are represented as Blue – Red for Republicans, aka Trump. Blue is the colour of wood… historically this period of history last occurred in 1844 – same annual pillar, same cycle – when a democrat won.

Dragons create a trinity with Monkeys and Rats (and Roosters for good measure). The so-called vital swing states, namely Pennsylvanian, N. Carolina, Wisconsin, Michigan, Nevada, Arizona and Georgia will face a key influence on who wins. Michigan, Georgia  and Wisconsin were formed in Monkey years. Nervada and  Arizona in rat years. N. Carolina was a rooster year — the zodiacal cockerel is beneficial for both candidates. Pennsylvania the state most folks have eyes on; was formed in a Goat year, which could clash for Trump. Some say Virginia is also a Key state  – it was formed in a monkey year.

So who will win 2024? The result really does hang in the balance; but couched in 2024 year pillar, is the nod to conflict. Harris has a 20 year elemental fire signature on her side, and a tide of change. But re election or a rerun looks less favourable for her. It’s now or never as her luck pillar changes next time around. The month pillar changes in two days on 7 November -it’s Wood Pig month, and if we have an undisputed decision during this window then Harris has a slight advantage.

But the feng shui annual Flying star #3 tells us to expect the unexpected! Standing by.

ADDENDUM

I’ve just looked at Hillary Clinton’s chart when she ran against Trump. There was much debate with Clinton’s time of birth and most astrologers went with a 8am ish timed chart, meaning she was born in Dragon hour. Kamala also has some issues with Time of birth….. But in a bizarre and unreal twist Clinton and Haris would have the same four Earthly branches in play . . . .Pig, Tiger, Dog and Dragon — but in Clinton’s chart the hour and year pillar are flipped !!! Naturally Clinton ran in 2016 Monkey year and her Luck pillar was a Snake which with Tiger and Pig, created the aforementioned Penalty. just worth a mention at this point.

The Wheel of the Year

Depending on your persuasion, the wheel of the year is prefixed by many names — Celtic, Druid, Pagan or Wicca. The familiar graphic has near cult status, bedecking the walls, altars and journals of devotees of the cosmos. In more recent times the ubiquitous image has expanded and morphed into a mystical symbol shrouded in layers of occult, spiritual and religious mystery. Freed from the shackles of cultural and metaphysical associations the Eightfold wheel is more universally appropriate and immediately demystified as sun’s celestial journey mirrored via seasonal cycles.
