Pre-consult Info & Fees

After our initial chat or email, we send you a very brief questionnaire, with a few questions about property scale, location (for travel purposes), some info on occupants and if you have scale floorplans of the property (Note not required for all services). All of this helps us prepare an accurate quote. Following receipt of your commission estimate we proceed to booking a consultation appointment.

Here’s our checklist

  • A completed questionnaire.

  • A scale floorplan - it is easy to draw, you only need to show walls, doors, windows and but most importantly it must be to scale. One can be drawn up for an addition cost. We prefer to work with architectural blueprints but an accurate hand drawn plan works also.

  • Approx. date of construction/completion.

  • A compass direction (we assist you on how to achieve an accurate result, if you require a remote consult)

  • A full postal address so we can verify your compass reading.

  • A few pictures of the property.

  • Remote or International consults require more pictures and maybe a short video. In addition to real estates 360 view of rooms (if available) - especially if a pre purchase appraisals is required.

  • Date of birth for occupants – your Chinese astrology assists with bespoke remedies.

  • A SPACE CLEARING consult, requires a few advance preparations the night before a consult.

Fees

  • Our quotes are prepared as per individual consults and are all obligation free quotes.

  • Our fees are in AUD$. Guide prices are listed under the consultation services you require.

  • We are competitive with our fees and are very generous with our time, pre and post consults.

  • Cost depends on scale of dwellings, number of floors, use of buildings, how extensive the exterior footprint is and number of occupants.

  • Overseas and remote consults will factor in additional cost such as travel and length of time required to stay at location, this is agreed in advance with clients.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice but your emailed Commission Estimate will reflect the price at the time of your consult.

  • A booking deposit is required for onsite consults. Full and final payment is required on arrival to the property or in advance.
