Firstly, you don’t need to own your dwelling, as it’s the occupant (owner or renter) that reaps the influence. The built environment we envelop ourselves in, plus the natural environment, plus the arrangement of furniture and fittings, deeply impact our overall wellbeing.

Feng Shui isn’t an interior or architectural style, in the same way one might refer to Art Deco or other minimalism. Originally it was an observation study of Interior and Architecture. Independent of your design aesthetic, taste or culture, Feng Shui solutions are discreetly and respectfully applied. Asian superstition trinkets are typically not necessary - and it’s my preference to refrain from using them. So if your penchant is for a beachy themed abode or a classic townhouse feel, Feng Shui remedies can be discreetly applied in keeping with your decor.

✜ So what's involved?

Every consultation is tailored to the individual. Some clients prefer personable on-site consultations, others due to logistics require a remote offsite consult. Or perhaps you're eyeing up a potential property investment and would like a Feng Shui analysis pre purchase. Our services for residential requirements include :-

After a brief chat we send you a mini questionnaire pre all consults, so we can quote accordingly. Info on construction date, scale of property, no of occupants is required. For clients to get a thorough consult of a property, we need an accurate to-scale floorplan of the dwelling - or proposed for new builds. This can be handdrawn BUT MUST be to scale. Architecturial blueprints are also acceptable. In addition to this a date of construction (within a 20 year increment) is need for Flying star analysis. The only time an exact date is required is around the cusp of year endings and beginning - eg. 1944-1964, 1964-1984, 1984-2004, 2004 ...).

We can assist with ways to find a construction date if unknown and if you require handdrawn floorplans (for onsite visits only), we can assist for an additional cost - approx $100AUD single story plus additional storey @$50 per floor. This is time consuming ontop of on-site consults, so best to source or drawnup pre consultations.

As a guide it can take over two hours to do a full onsite residential consult of a small home or apartment and or plus travel time. Depending on your choosen service costs vary so check out what our guide prices below in fees. A booking deposit is required for onsite consults. Full and final payment is required on arrival to the property or in advance. More detailed info on apprisals, remote and design and build are under the consulation tabs.

✜ Fees :: onsite Residential

Following the (2 hours approx) on site Residential analysis, of your home (apartment, flat, studio ) you shall receive,

  • A comprehensive report - approx 25-30pages.
  • Followed by a phone/skype chat to discuss recommendation in detail.
  • Amended floorplans showing Feng Shui points of auspiciousness, the lower vibration yin areas, ideal placement for certain furnishings andd areas of adjustment.
  • Affordable and practical solutions in keeping with your decor are recommended. They may include repainting in auspicious colours according to your Bazi, removing items, repositioning furnishings or DE-cluttering the home.
  • Long term remedy placements and some immediate short term recommendations for the current year.
  • Chinese Bazi analysis for up to two occupants.
  • Follow up support clarification - up to 1hr of phone & or email.

  • Studios – from $388
  • 1-2 bedroom – from $538 AUD
  • 3-4 bedroom – from $638 AUD
  • 5+ bedroom – from $738 AUD

✜ Fees :: offsite Remote

Ideal for International clients, remotely located or long distance clients or for a more price conscious option. Small business or residential remote consults require an accurate compass degree and accurate floorplans are also necessary. More detailed info on remote consults here.

✜ Fees :: renos and new builds

If you're about to fork out big bucks for a renovation and remodel well take the time to have a Consult BEFORE you start. Or if you're contemplating building a new home from scratch. Then before you engage an architect have a quick chat with us and we can help you modify your brief BEFORE the cost of renderings. If you have already had floorplans drawn up and pre construction stage, it's also worth having a consult. Fees depend on too many variables. For pre purchase appraisal (from purchasing from the plans to existing built dwellings) we give you a report with analysis about the properties benefic and potentially inauspcious aspects from a feng shui perspective.
